The ksar of Aït-Ben-Haddou

In the province of Ouarzazate, this ksar packs its earthen houses behind walls reinforced by corner towers. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987, it was a stop on the trade route between ancient Sudan and Marrakesh.
